About HoodWashers
We’re in the business of building trust.
Commercial kitchen grease service is built on trust. Much of the work happens in places operators rarely see: inside exhaust systems, on rooftops, around grease equipment, and after the kitchen closes.

Why we exist
Most of this work happens where you can’t see it.
If a vendor cuts corners, you may not find out until there is a problem. That’s why HoodWashers is built around transparency, accountability, and follow-through. We show the work, document what matters, communicate clearly, and build teams that take pride in doing the job right.
Crews who are respected, trained, and given somewhere to go don’t cut corners where nobody’s looking.

Our purpose
GLOW: Grow, Learn, Opportunity, Work.
It’s a cycle, not a checklist. Work creates the chance to grow. Growth creates the appetite to learn. Learning earns opportunity. Opportunity leads to better work. Then it starts again.
We’re a commercial kitchen grease-services company, but the work is the vehicle, not the point. Someone can start here with no experience, learn a real trade, grow into more responsibility, and build a career and a household on it. Clean kitchens are what it produces.
Our values
The 5 H’s.
Five words we hire for, train to, and hold each other accountable to on every job, in every state.

Honest.
If your system doesn’t need service yet, we’ll tell you. We’d rather lose an invoice than sell you work you don’t need. When we find a problem, we show you the photo and let you decide.
Humble.
No part of this job is beneath us. The work that matters most is the work nobody will ever see: the horizontal runs, the vertical rise, the underside of the fan housing.
Hungry.
We answer the phone. We show up on the day we said, at the hour we said. We track when your system is due and reach out before it is.
Healthy.
This work is physical and it happens at night. We build schedules people can sustain and don’t cut corners on safety to save an hour. Burned-out people do careless work, and careless work in this trade starts fires.
Hardworking.
Long nights on rooftops in January are the job. We hire people who are fine with that, and we make sure it’s worth it.

Our focus
Trust has to be earned with evidence.
In a trade where so much of the work happens out of sight, our service model is built around clear documentation, communication, and follow-through. Where applicable, customers receive service records, photos, and compliance documentation, so they don’t have to guess what was done, and neither does their inspector, insurance carrier, or landlord.
“We didn’t add documentation because it’s good marketing. We added it because you shouldn’t have to trust a stranger about something you can’t see.”
Our promise
Less Stress. More Trust.
The dual promise is deliberate. A company that’s stressful to work for becomes a company that’s stressful to hire. So we hold the same standard in both directions: clear expectations, no surprises, and follow-through on what we said we’d do.
For you, that means one less vendor to chase. We track your service intervals, we show up on schedule, and the paperwork is done before you ask for it.

Less Stress. More Trust.
Let’s talk about your operation.
Tell us what you manage, where your locations are, and which services you need help with. We’ll help you figure out the right next step.
